智通财经APP讯，飞鱼科技(01022)发布公告，于2025年7月25日，公司根据公司股东于2024年5月24日采纳的公司购股权计划，授出合共1.26亿份公司购股权予公司若干合资格参与者，以认购合共1.26亿股公司股本中每股面值0.0000001美元的新普通股，惟须待接纳后方可作实。于购股权获悉数行使后，将予配发及发行的股份相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数约7.19%，以及公司经扩大已发行股本约6.71%。
