Sector Update: Financial Stocks Lean Lower Premarket Monday

Financial stocks were leaning lower premarket Monday with the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) marginally declining recently.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.1% higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was down 0.2%.

Interactive Brokers (IBKR) is considering a stablecoin for customers, Reuters reported, citing an interview with founder Thomas Peterffy. Shares of Interactive Brokers Group were up 0.8% pre-bell.

Bank of Hawaii (BOH) shares were up more than 1% after the company reported higher Q2 earnings and revenue.

AMG (AMG) stock was 0.7% higher after the company said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a minority equity stake in Montefiore Investment, a European middle-market private equity firm.
