Powerwin Tech Group Ltd. has announced the disposal of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Powerwin Media Group Co., Limited. The transaction was formalized on July 28, 2025, through a Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Vendor, a subsidiary of Powerwin Tech Group, and the Purchaser, an independent third party based in the BVI. The agreement involves the sale of the entire issued share capital of the Target Company. Following the completion of this transaction, Powerwin Media Group Co., Limited's financial results will no longer be consolidated into Powerwin Tech Group Ltd.'s financial statements.
