有份投资“杭州六小龙”中的宇树科技及云深处科技的首程控股(0697.HK)公布，近日，附属公司参与管理的北京平准基金，投资创金合信首农产业园封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(首农REIT)，本次投资将进一步推动存量资产有效盘活，积极响应国家政策导向，并推动集团在核心资产及科技创新领域的深耕与拓展。 首农食品集团是北京市政府属大型国有农业食品企业，产业横跨农牧渔业、食品加工、商贸物流、房地产及资产管理，综合实力居中国农业食品行业前列，是首都食品供应保障的核心载体。首农REIT以首农食品集团投资、建设并持有的中关村移动智能服务创新园作为底层资产，是响应国家盘活存量资产号召、服务首都“科技创新中心”战略定位的有力举措，也是首个获批的总部型科技创新产业园REITs项目。首农食品集团以首农REIT为突破口，在推动存量资产有效盘活、吸引社会资本及树立城市更新投融资模式创新典范等方面迈出坚实有力步伐，为行业树立了标杆，并有着重要的示范引领价值。 集团表示，未来将坚定不移地持续加大在中国核心基础设施不动产领域的投资布局，依托全产业链协同效应及REITs先发优势，把握行业扩容机遇，为中国核心基础设施资产的高效盘活与价值提升注入更强动力。
