智通财经APP讯，药明康德(02359)发布公告，张远舟先生(张先生)已辞任本公司其中一名公司秘书;根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第 3.05条项下的本公司授权代表(授权代表); 及根据上市规则第19A.13(2)条项下及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港代表本公司接受送达法律程序文件及通知书的代理人(法律程序文件代理人)， 自2025年7月28日起生效。
于胡正国先生退休(将于2025年7月31日起生效)后，彼将不再担任另一名授权代表，而卢韶华女士将获委任为另一名授权代表以接替胡正国先生，自2025年7月31日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，韩敏女士(韩女士)已获委任接替张先生为其中一名公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年7月28日起生效。
