新世界发展(00017.HK) 伙拍帝国集团、资本策略地产(00497.HK) 、丽新发展(00488.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展，黄竹坑滶晨II今日(25日)进行首轮推售，价单方式发售单位占88伙。
美联物业住宅部首席执行官布少明表示，滶晨销售理想，引发不少市场购买力，是次滶晨II推出，继续成为市场焦点，料首日销售成绩理想，并可望售出大部分单位，而该行更有大手客拟斥约2,000万元入市，作为长线投资。
布少明补充，该行的客户中，以港岛区客户为主，占约7成，至于九龙及港岛区客源则占约3成。项目具升值潜力，加上是次订价吸引，故深受市场欢迎。预计项目除用家外，投资客比例料占约4成，落成后租金呎价料约有70至80元水平，租金回报率约逾4厘水平。另外，内地客则占约4成水平。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-07-25 16:25。)
