智通财经APP讯，一脉阳光(02522)发布公告，公司董事会已审议及批准公司若干股东所持公司1.04亿股未上市股份(占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约28.46%)拟实施全流通。
于本公告日期，H股全流通仍有待取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会的备案通知)、将该等未上市股份转换为公司H股及香港联合交易所有限公司批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
