揭阳农商行被罚95.1万，责任人共被罚3.2万
蓝鲸新闻7月28日讯，近日，中国人民银行揭阳市分行发布了罚单，剑指广东揭阳农村商业银行股份有限公司及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，广东揭阳农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：违反金融统计管理规定；违反支付结算管理规定；违反金融科技管理规定；违反货币金银管理规定；违反征信管理规定；违反反洗钱管理规定。
针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民银行揭阳市分行对其作出警告，并处罚款95.1万元。
此外，时任广东揭阳农村商业银行股份有限公司运营部总经理李*东，对未按规定履行客户身份识别义务的违法行为负有责任，被罚款1.2万元。
时任广东揭阳农村商业银行股份有限公司合规与风险管理部负责人罗*锋，对未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告的违法行为负有责任，被罚款2万元。
