智通财经APP讯，铁货(01029)公布，于2025年7月28日，该公司全资附属Ariva HK Limited拟向黑龙江祥龙国际贸易有限公司出售黑龙江建龙钒业有限公司46%股权，代价为人民币3220万元。于交割后，卖方将不再于合营公司拥有任何股权。
经考虑合营公司一直未有为集团产生溢利，该集团认为，通过从合营公司撤资，集团能收回其于合营公司投资的大部分亏损。由于建龙钢铁(透过买方)有意收购合营公司46%股权，以增加其对合营公司的控制权，该集团认为根据股权转让协议进行出售事项为对集团有利的安排。
