ChainCatcher 消息，据 businessinsider 报道，企业级信息技术解决方案提供商 3 E 网络技术集团有限公司（纳斯达克股票代码：MASK）今日宣布，已完成此前于 2025 年 6 月 9 日披露的三批次非公开发行的首批交割，并拟将部分募集资金用于购买比特币。这一战略举措旨在构建公司加密货币储备，支持其在 Web3.0 时代的发展计划。
本次发行涉及向机构投资者分三批次发行本金总额最高达 740 万美元的优先担保可转换票据及附赠认股权证。首批票据本金金额 220 万美元及相关权证分两期发行，已于 2025 年 7 月 8 日完成交割。
据悉，3 E 网络技术集团有限公司是企业级信息技术解决方案提供商。通过旗下两家子公司——广州三易网络技术有限公司（中国境内）和 3E Network Technology Company Limited（中国香港），公司最初为物业管理及会展服务领域提供软硬件集成解决方案，后逐步将软件解决方案扩展至餐饮、房地产、会展会议及清洁能源公用事业等多个领域。
