Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding (SHA:601607, HKG:2607) purchased an additional 10% stake in Shanghai Shangshi Group Finance from Shanghai Shi Dongtan for 143.3 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Following the transaction, Shanghai Pharma's stake in Shanghai Shangshi, a finance company, will rise to 40% from 30%, the filing said.
