智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2025年7月28日，买方厦门百应融资租赁根据融资租赁协议与城厢集团订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意按人民币2400万元(相当于约 2637.86万港元)的代价向城厢集团购买租回资产，并向城厢集团出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
据悉，租回资产为六台潜水电泵、六台柴油发电机组、一台管道闭路监控巡检机器人及一套监控设备。
买方主要在中国从事融资租赁业务、租赁业务及保理服务。融资租赁协议I项下的承租人莆田城厢为城厢集团的全资附属公司。融资租赁协议项下的承租人城厢集团由莆田市城厢区国有资产管理委员会直接全资拥有。该等融资租赁协议预期将令本集团于三年租期内可赚取约人民币546.35万(相当于约600.5万港元)的总收入。
