美国加州交通监管部门周五明确表示，特斯拉公司不得在该州使用自动驾驶车辆对公众进行测试或载客服务——无论是否收费，亦无论是否有安全驾驶员随车。

　　加州交通监管部门官员补充说明，根据现有特许运营许可条款，特斯拉计划中的包车运输项目仅限公司员工、亲友及少量受邀嘉宾参与。这一决定实质上叫停了特斯拉内部备忘录曾计划最早于本周末在湾区大范围推出的Robotaxi服务。

　　加州机动车辆管理局证实，这家电动车制造商尚未申请商用无人驾驶车辆部署所需的许可，而公共事业委员会目前仅批准员工接驳服务。上月刚在奥斯汀启动Robotaxi试运营的特斯拉未立即回应置评请求。
