The issuance follows a Prospectus Supplement dated July 21, 2025, linked to the Prospectus dated February 9, 2024, which is part of the company's Registration Statement on Form S-3. The Notes were issued under a senior indenture with The Bank of New York Mellon as trustee, supplemented by agreements from 2021 and 2023.
