智通财经APP讯，朝聚眼科(02219)发布公告，于2025年7月28日，本公司间接全资附属公司内蒙古朝聚与承包商就朝聚眼科综合医疗体建设项目一期订立建筑合约，合约价为人民币2.23亿元(含税)。

据悉，朝聚眼科综合医疗体建设项目一期位于唿和浩特市新城区百合路以东及南店街以北，面积约66,620.68平方米。

朝聚眼科综合医疗体建设项目一期获得政府支持及激励。此外，已就项目编制可行性研究报告，朝聚眼科综合医疗体建设项目一期将用于增加本集团旗下眼科医院场地面积、升级硬件设施，以全面提高接诊能力;完善眼科医院科室布局，优化就诊流程;及作为本集团旗下科研、教学、临床场所，强化本集团综合实力。经考虑内部回报率，本公司预期项目将为本集团带来可观的财务收入，且将强化本集团在内蒙古地区的业务优势，增加市场占有率。

建筑合约的合约价将由全球发售所得款项及本集团内部资金拨付。鉴于本集团的雄厚现金实力及稳健的财务状况，本集团具备良好条件支持该项目。

董事认为，建筑合约与本集团近期及长期策略目标一致，并将提高其核心竞争力。承包商乃透过招标程序筛选，具备良好声誉，并为合资格建筑公司，董事会有信心其有能力符合本集团的要求。
