Minerva Group (HKG:0397) expects a net loss of at least HK$25.1 million for the six months ended June 30, up from HK$14.1 million a year prior, a late July 25 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the financial services provider were down nearly 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The firm attributed the forecast mainly to a loss on fair value changes of financial assets at fair value through profit or loss and a loss on the disposal of loans and interest receivables.
