根据上述接纳及申请结果，已收到总计14份有关13.06亿股供股股份的有效接纳及申请，约占供股项下可供认购的1.23亿股供股股份总数的1064.53%。因此，供股获超额认购11.83亿股供股股份，占供股项下可供认购1.23亿股供股股份总数约964.53%。
