“作为 ResearchHub 的联合创始人，想分享一些关于几年前为消除利益冲突而采取的预防措施的细节：所有在 Coinbase 上线的资产都会经过我们的数字资产支持小组 (DASG) 审核。DASG 会从法律、合规和网络安全的角度审核所有在 Coinbase 上线的资产；本人并非 DASG 成员，因此没有投票权来决定哪些资产获得上市批准；本人与 ResearchHub 的关系已向 Coinbase 董事会披露，这是标准做法；曾于 2022 年 3 月写了一篇关于这个话题的博客文章，并公开承诺至少四年内不出售 RSC——这一点至今未变。”
