据网易科技，业内人士透露，国内维修英伟达先进人工智能芯片的业务需求激增。目前已有十几家小型专业公司提供此类维修服务，其修复对象主要是通过各种渠道流入中国的英伟达H100、A100等一系列高端芯片。 据悉，目前国内市场上的一些H100和A100 GPU已连续多年全天候处理数据，故障率正不断上升。根据使用频率和维护状况，一块英伟达GPU的寿命一般为两到五年。而按照规定，英伟达无法为中国市场上的受限产品提供官方维修或更换服务。第三方的维修业务也由此诞生。 有商家表示，2024年底开始涉足AI芯片维修，维修需求确实非常大。目前每月维修的英伟达AI芯片多达500块。其社交媒体上的广告显示，维修中心甚至配备了一个可容纳256台服务器的机房，用以模拟客户的数据中心环境，进行测试与修复验证。修复一块GPU的收费在1万到2万元之间，具体取决于问题复杂程度。
