智通财经APP讯，设计都会(01545)公布，该集团预期2025年中期的收入将较于2024年同期将减少20%至30%。该集团亦预期于2025中期 取得未经审核权益持有人应占亏损约200万新加坡元至250万新加坡元，而2024中期则取得溢利25.3万新加坡元。
公告称，估计亏损主要是由于美元贬值导致大量汇兑亏损;以及下列因素导致未经审核收入减少：美国持续的高利率导致房贷利率居高不下，进而影响美国的房地产销售交易，亦降低消费者对家具等可自由支配物品的负担能力;美国贸易政策(如关税)的变化，加上美国的利率政策，影响消费者的情绪及需求，从而对集团的美国家具销售分部造成负面影响;及新加坡高端房地产市场放缓亦影响集团家具销售分部。
