7月31日，据京东黑板报消息，针对今年参加高考的，全职骑手及京东物流快递员、运输司机、分拣员、打包员与客服人员等一线岗位员工的子女，提供高考贺喜金、带薪送学假、免费校园寄及毕业后京东优先录取等关怀举措。
具体而言，今年参加高考的一线员工子女中，考取最高分以及考取985、211、双一流等高校的员工子女，京东物流将给予高考贺喜奖金，同时给以上员工家庭发放3天带薪假，让奔波在一线的父母们能从容陪伴孩子踏上人生新的征程。
京东还为“京二代” 们提供了长远的发展通道：未来就业时，京东物流给所有一线员工的大学子女提供实习和校招机会，符合岗位要求的，在同等条件下优先录用——这意味着，今天被关怀的考生，明天可能成为与京东物流共成长的优秀员工，与父母“在京东，家倍幸福”。
