智通财经APP讯，容大科技(09881)公布，于2025年7月30日，该公司直接全资附属上海容大数智科技有限公司拟向上海锐嘉科实业有限公司收购该等物业，总代价为人民币42,910,983元。
将予收购的该等物业位于中国上海市青浦区沪青平公路3938 弄172号及173号楼。该等物业为工业大楼，总建筑面积约 1,810.59平方米。
预期该等物业将于一年后用作集团的新销售中心，主要为集团上海工作人员提供办公区域。鉴于目前集团在上海工作人员较少，正在逐步招募中，该集团预计在收购事项后初期(预计一年内)将无需整栋办公楼。因此，为充分利用集团资产，集团预计在收购事项后初期会将该等物业用于出租。
