智通财经APP讯，四环医药(00460)发布公告，集团旗下非全资附属公司轩竹生物科技股份有限公司(轩竹生物)自主研发的1类创新药安奈拉唑钠肠溶片(商品名：安久卫®)用于治疗反流性食管炎的III期临床研究完成首例受试者入组，是安奈拉唑钠肠溶片拓展的第二个适应症。
该研究是一项评价安奈拉唑钠肠溶片用于反流性食管炎患者的多中心、随机、双盲、阳性药物对照的III期临床研究，研究由上海长海医院牵头，李兆申院士和杜奕奇教授共同担任Leading PI，并联合北京协和医院、上海交通大学附属瑞金医院、山东齐鲁医院等32家权威机构的消化科共同开展。旨在全面评估安奈拉唑钠肠溶片治疗反流性食管炎的疗效和长期安全性，为该适应症的获批提供关键数据支持。
安奈拉唑钠肠溶片是轩竹生物自主研发的新一代质子泵抑制剂(PPI)药物，拥有全球知识产权，为目前首个且唯一一个中国完全自主研发的PPI，也是目前国内唯一一个PPI创新药(尚无仿制药获批)。具有多酶和非酶代谢以及肠、肾双通道排泄等优势，药物相互作用发生风险低，且受基因多态性影响小。在2025年6月发表的《老年人胃食管反流病的规范治疗》指出老年人及肾功能不全的患者使用安奈拉唑钠治疗反流性食管炎可能获益更多。
