财报显示，截至6月30日的三个月基本销售额增长3.8%，分析师此前的预期为3.6%。该公司报告上半年基本营业利润为58亿欧元，略高于市场预期的57亿欧元。
过去一年，联合利华进行了多项组织和运营变革，以应对业绩不佳和提高利润率，包括计划分拆旗下Ben & Jerry's和Magnum的冰淇淋业务、裁员以及2月份解雇前首席执行官海因·舒马赫。
该公司表示，名为The Magnum Ice Cream Company的冰淇淋业务将在11月中旬分拆。
首席执行官费尔南多·费尔南德斯(Fernando Fernandez)在一份声明中表示："展望未来，我们的优先事项很明确：更多的美容与健康和个人护理；在美国和印度进行不成比例的投资；更加关注高端领域和数字商务。"
尽管该公司维持了2025年的销售预测，并强调了增长领域，但自由现金流从去年同期的22亿欧元降至今年上半年的11亿欧元，降幅达50%，这引发了人们对供应链变化、关税不确定性以及分拆冰淇淋业务相关成本造成的财务压力的担忧。
这家公司表示，预计下半年将比上半年有所增长，北美和欧洲市场将保持弹性，印度、中国和印度尼西亚预计将有所改善。联合利华此前曾表示，美国关税的影响预计是有限且可控的。
