CCT Fortis Holdings Limited has announced the completion of the disposal of its entire equity interests in the Target Company. The transaction was finalized on 30 July 2025, resulting in the Target Company ceasing to be a subsidiary of the Group. Consequently, the financial results of the Target Group will no longer be consolidated into the Group's consolidated financial statements. This update follows an earlier announcement made by the company on 25 July 2025. The announcement was made by Mak Shiu Tong, Clement, Executive Director of CCT Fortis Holdings Limited.
