智通财经APP讯，中国生命集团(08296)发布公告，于2025年7月30日交易时段后，卖方中国生命集团有限公司与买方Hao Shan Limited就买卖销售股份(骏群发展有限公司所有已发行股份)订立买卖协议，代价为1000万港元。
公告称，出售集团自成立以来产生的收益微乎其微，未能实现预期业务增长。经审慎考虑出售集团相关财务表现后，公司决定透过出售事项终止出售集团于越南的业务。出售事项将使公司得以精简其业务营运，更有效地将资源重新分配至具有更佳增长前景的其他业务板块，并为其未来其他业务发展机会预留额外储备。
