智通财经APP讯，中国信息科技(08178)发布公告，于2025年6月19日，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司广州信丰投资咨询有限公司)拟向买方(广东新景晟产业投资有限公司)出售该物业，代价为人民币1.50亿元。
经审慎周详考虑后，买方决定不进行出售事项，而于2025年7月30日，公司收到卖方与买方经公平磋商后所订立日期为2025年7月28日的终止协议，以终止及解除买卖协议及其项下拟进行的交易(自2025年7月16日起生效)。根据终止协议，买方同意就终止出售事项向卖方赔偿人民币100万元，须于签署终止协议日期起计30日内支付。
