Green Critical Minerals (ASX:GCM) said it intends to undertake a US listing in the first half of 2026, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it has found that trading its securities in the US has the potential to generate significant value for the company, its VHD Technology, and its expanding product portfolio.
