Omega Flex, Inc. has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported net sales of $25.525 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025, which represents a 3.7% increase compared to $24.620 million for the same period in 2024. However, net income for the second quarter of 2025 was $4.156 million, marking a 7.6% decline from $4.496 million in the corresponding period of 2024. For the first six months of 2025, Omega Flex reported net sales of $48.855 million, a decrease of 2.0% from $49.836 million in the first half of 2024. Net income for the six-month period also declined by 11.4%, from $8.715 million in 2024 to $7.724 million in 2025. Earnings per share for the second quarter were $0.41, down from $0.45 in the same quarter of the previous year. The decrease in net sales and net income was attributed primarily to lower sales unit volumes, influenced by a decline in housing starts and other market conditions.
