智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，于2025年7月29日，董事会已决议暂停查梦玲女士(查女士)的本公司执行董事职务，即时生效。
本公司接获一名股东的投诉信，当中载有针对查女士、查小刚先生(查先生)以及东方纺织有限公司(东方纺织)(一间由查先生控制的公司)的多项指称(该等指称)。
该等指称涉及本公司于2024年7月19日完成配售2.185亿股新股份(配售事项)，以及四名具名个人承配人透过配售事项认购合共8050万股股份;及本公司于2024年8月23日进行2供1供股(供股)，以及两名具名个人认购人透过供股认购合共2.48亿股股份。该等指称指出上述配售事项的承配人及上述供股的认购人并非独立第三方。
鉴于该等指称的严重程度，董事会已决议成立由全体独立非执行董事组成的独立董事委员会，以调查该等指称。与此同时，查女士作为本公司执行董事的所有职务将被暂停，而未经董事会明确授权，查女士不得代表本公司或以任何方式行事。
