智通财经APP讯，大禹金融(01073)发布公告，公司建议以供股方式，按于记录日期每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.12港元的认购价，向合资格股东发行最多11.39亿股供股股份(假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前概无变动)，借此筹集最多约1.367亿港元(扣除开支前)。
供股的最高所得款项净额估计约为1.361亿港元(假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前概无变动)。公司拟将供股所得款项净额中的约1.161亿港元用于集团的保证金融资业务及2000万港元用作集团的一般营运资金。
