EDP Renováveis, S.A. (EDPR) has announced the sale of a 100% equity stake in a 150 MW wind portfolio in Greece to Principia, a company jointly owned by Enel SpA and Macquarie Asset Management. The transaction, valued at approximately €0.2 billion, includes four operating wind farms with 20-year Contracts for Difference. This deal contributes to EDPR's goal of securing €2 billion in Asset Rotation proceeds by 2025, with around €0.7 billion already achieved. Completion is expected in 2025, pending regulatory and customary conditions.
