HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KRX:009540) declared a quarterly dividend of 1,671 won per share, the shipbuilder said in a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 8 to shareholders as of the record date of June 30.
Shares of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering rose more than 2% at market close.
