智通财经APP讯，新明中国(02699)发布公告，于2025年7月8日(星期二)下午四时正(即接纳最后时限)，已接获合共8份有效申请，涉及合共1288.49万股供股股份，相当于供股项下所提呈发售供股股份总数约17.15%。
根据上述有效接纳及申请的结果，补偿安排所涉及的未获认购股份及不合资格股东未售股份总数将为6226万股供股股份。
董事会谨此宣布，于2025年7月21日(星期一)下午四时正(即配售事项结束日期)，已成功根据配售事项向不少于6名承配人配售6226万股未获认购股份，配售价为每股1.12港元，相等于认购价。因此，概无根据配售事项可分派予不行动股东及不合资格股东的净收益。
