智通财经APP讯，智云国际控股(08521)发布公告，于2025年7月29日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，公司同意向认购人发行及配发，及认购人同意认购合共6300万股股份，每股认购价为0.760港元。认购股份将根据一般授权发行。认购价较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.91港元折让约16.48%。
公司拟将按以下方式动用认购事项所得款项净额约4762万港元：(i)最多10%用作补充集团的营运资金;及(ii)90%或以上用作建立加密资产库存，特别是比特币及比特币相关的工具。
