智通财经APP讯，创业集团控股(02221)发布公告，于2025年7月29日，公司拟向认购人(沈定女士、赵素梅女士、黄智俊先生、张红兵女士)配发及发行合共2.215亿股认购股份，相当于公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后之已发行股本的约12.12%。每股认购股份的认购价为0.10港元，较7月29日收市价每股股份0.069港元溢价约44.93%。
待完成后，认购事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额预计将分别约为2215万港元及2202万港元。认购事项的所得款项净额拟定用途为：约1320万港元用作偿还集团逾期应付租赁款项及其他将于本公布日期起3个月内到期的未偿还债券应付款项及应付租赁款项;及约880万港元用作集团一般营运资金。
