知情人士周一表示，投资公司殷拓集团（EQT）已同意从私募股权所有者手中收购 Neogov，这家人力资源软件供应商的估值（含债务）超过 30 亿美元。

　　消息人士称，Neogov 的多数股权持有者华平投资（Warburg Pincus）以及持有该公司约三分之一股权的凯雷集团（Carlyle），将在此次出售给殷拓集团的交易中完全退出其投资。

　　这些消息人士要求匿名，因为此事在正式公告发布前不便公开。预计正式公告最早可能于本周发布。

　　华平投资、凯雷集团和 Neogov 尚未立即回应置评请求。
