Guangdong Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Ltd. has announced a major acquisition transaction involving the purchase of the entire issued share capital of a target company for a consideration of HK$976,500,000. The agreement was entered into on July 14, 2025, between the company, as the purchaser, and the vendor. As part of the transaction, a total of 310,000,000 consideration shares will be issued to the vendor. The company emphasized that the transaction is not intended for distribution or sale within the United States.
