ChainCatcher 消息，据 Strategy 官方公告，Strategy（MSTR）宣布完成 28,011,111 股浮动利率 A 系列永久优先股“STRC”的首次公开募股（IPO），发行价为每股 90 美元。STRC 的首次公开募股是 2025 年美国规模最大的首次公开募股，也是近年来规模最大的加密货币相关发行之一。STRC 预计将于 2025 年 7 月 30 日左右在纳斯达克全球精选市场上市，股票代码为“STRC”。此次交易总募集资金约为 25.21 亿美元。
Strategy（MSTR）已以约 24.6 亿美元的总价值增持 21,021 枚比特币，购买均价约为 117,256 美元，并已实现 2025 年迄今 25% 的比特币收益率。截至 2025 年 7 月 29 日，Strategy 持有 628,791 枚比特币，总价值约 737.3 亿美元，每枚比特币成本价约为 73,277 美元，总花费成本约为 460.8 亿美元。
