本报讯 （报业集团记者 林爱玲 通讯员 吴美琳）“培训在医院，有事马上到！”7月中旬，涵江区直机关党员轮训班将课堂设在涵江医院会议室，创新“医院内就近培训”模式，让一线党员医生实现“学习不脱岗，应急随时上”，获医护人员好评。

针对医疗岗位特殊性，涵江区推出“分段式课程+AB岗分组”弹性机制。将6小时课程拆分为“上午2.5小时、下午2.5小时、晚间1小时”三个灵活时段；同一科室党员分A、B两组交替参训，确保临床岗位时刻有人值守。培训期间成功处理急诊6例、会诊4次，实现救治“零延误”。

“过去请假培训总觉得愧疚，现在学习支援两不误，心里更踏实！”重症医学科副主任张阳表示，新模式有效化解了工学矛盾。

当前，涵江区正以系统党委为载体，推广“驻地党委培训”模式，将资源下沉至党员工作集中区，通过“用空间换时间，以灵活保质量”，实现“就近培训、弹性管理、学用结合”。该模式已从医疗系统拓展至全区机关，计划3年内实现全区3600余名机关党员轮训全覆盖。
