字节跳动旗下的抖音正在整合“抖音超市”与“抖音小时达”服务,发力即时电商市场。此举将其自营电商平台与即时配送体系打通,意在加强与阿里巴巴、京东、美团在该领域的竞争。
据南华早报31日报道,抖音超市将与“小时达”服务整合运营,后者依托高精地图和定位能力,确保快速配送到消费者手中。抖音方面尚未对此置评。
这一动作符合当前中国电商行业的新趋势。随着阿里、美团、京东等平台不断加码,即时电商正成为行业焦点。平台间在履约能力、商品广度与效率上的竞争持续升级。
抖音希望通过该整合进一步推动其流量商业化,将平台用户转化为即时消费订单。电商已成为抖音近年来重点拓展的业务之一。
不过,南华早报指出,尽管抖音超市上线于2023年,主打“即时送达”体验,但目前仅有部分商品支持次日达,仍有大量商品需要等待数日送达,整体履约能力尚待提升。(国际财闻汇)
