路透巴拿马城7月30日 - 巴拿马总审计长Anel Flores周三表示，他已向巴拿马最高法院提起诉讼，反对巴拿马运河附近港口的运营合同。该合同由香港长和0001.HK控股的一家巴拿马当地企业持有 。Flores表示，这两起诉讼的目的是要宣布经营Balboa和Cristobal港的合同违宪和无效。最高法院仍需受理审计长提出的诉讼请求。Flores曾公开抱怨该合同不符合国家利益，因此他牵头进行了长达数月的审计。Flores尚未公布全部审计结果，不过他周三表示，审计揭露了"许多违规行为"。意大利亿万富翁Gianluigi Aponte家族的地中海航运公司（MSC）和美国贝莱德BLK.N的财团计划收购长和的全球大部分港口业务，包括这两个港口。Flores的诉讼可能对其交易造成阻碍。"他们在这里谈论的是价值数十亿美元的交易，但却不把巴拿马港口的真正主人--巴拿马算在内。"Flores说。"这就是我们采取这些行动的原因，因为我们不满意。"(完)
