Memiontec (SGX:TWL) issued 5,480,300 shares in the capital of the company, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Shares of the company declined nearly 7% in recent trading.
Following the issuance, the total number of issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased to 1,135,440,239 shares.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on July 31, with trading slated for commencement on the same date.
