智通财经APP获悉，大和发布研报称，OSL集团(00863)折让15%配股，配股标志着OSL加速全球扩张的重要一步，为建立跨境加密支付网络铺路，重申“买入”评级，目标价由15港元上调至20港元。
报告指，OSL宣布计划以每股14.9港元发行约1.58亿股新股，所得款项净额为23.36亿港元，当中包括发行约4,750万股新股予大股东刘帅。交易完成后，刘帅于OSL的持股量将由29.922%略增至29.951%，约50%的募集资金将用于战略收购，30%用于发展全球业务和新的业务计划，包括包括支付及稳定币举措。
