智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.23%，报28.35港元，成交额7776.18万港元。
消息面上，万国黄金集团发布公告，预计其上半年归属于公司的利润将同比增长121%至136%，达到5.6亿至6亿元人民币，而去年同期为2.54亿元人民币。预期溢利增加主要是由于黄金产品销售量及价格上升所致。
值得注意的是，今年5月，公司附属金岭矿业与紫金矿冶订立选矿技术服务合同，同时与紫金工程订立扩建可行性研究合同。此外，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月27日，万国黄金集团股东将股票由海通国际证券转入摩根士丹利香港证券，转仓市值11.91亿港元，占比3.80%。
