ChainCatcher 消息，据港媒信报报道，香港稳定币条例将于周五（8 月 1 日）生效，圆币科技为金管局稳定币发行人沙盒参与机构之一，该公司行政总裁刘宇在最新专访时表示，有意在以太坊公链上发行港元稳定币 HKDR ，拟发行的稳定币主要有 3 个应用场景，分别为数字资产交易、跨境贸易及资产代币化，并且预计 3-5 年内企业和个人操作将变成常态。
