消息面上，泉峰控股此前发布上半年业绩预告，预告上半年录得纯利9000万美元至1亿美元，同比增长46%至62%，若剔除公司处置泉峰汽车股权的非经常性收益，预告上半年经调整纯利为7000至8000万美元，同比增长14至30%。主要得益于以EGO为代表的自主品牌业务收入规模稳增、非核心资产剥离以及汇率波动带来的正向贡献等。
开源证券指出，5月中美经贸高层会谈后，公司迎来出货窗口期；7月2日特朗普宣布与越南达成贸易协议，自越向美出口商品关税税率暂时明晰。7月22日，泉峰越南三厂区交地仪式在越南胡志明BDIP工业园成功举行，公司计划2025年底面向北美市场的40%产品能够从越南出货、2026年自建产能基本覆盖对美收入，该机构认为伴随配套供应链落地利于原产地认证获取、海外生产爬坡趋稳后成本有望更接近中国本土、关税成本向渠道及终端转嫁，有望保障2027年往后公司业绩释放。
