金吾财讯 | 上海市经济信息化委印发 《上海市进一步扩大人工智能应用的若干措施》，消息带动相关股份走高，上海复旦(01385)股价强势，截至发稿，报34.1港元，涨幅12.17%，成交额3.82亿港元。另外，上海电气(02727)涨6.99%，报3.52港元。其中提到，降低智能算力使用成本，发放6亿元算力券，加强算力调度平台建设，体系化支持企业研发和应用大模型，加快大模型生态空间集聚。对租用智能算力的主体，市级给予最高30%租金补贴，并推荐申报国家智能券补贴，按照“补早补小”原则，市区协同给予最多1年、最高100%的租金补贴。对自主智能算力设施部署项目，给予最高10%建设支持，加速培育人工智能自主生态。其中提出，扩大人工智能大模型应用。发放3亿元模型券，对调用云平台部署的第三方大模型API，或采用第三方大模型私有化部署方式，推进大模型垂类应用的主体，给予核定合同额最高50%、最高500万元补贴。支持采购高质量语料。发放1亿元语料券，加强语料公共服务平台建设，对购买非关联方的语料进行大模型、垂类应用、智能体等研发和应用的主体，给予核定合同额最高30%、最高500万元采购补贴。
