由华润置地(海外)及保利置业(00119.HK) 合作发展的启德沄璟,昨日(28日)成交6伙,套现逾1.8亿元,当中有买家“一客三食”,连环购入一个四房大宅及两个三房户,作价逾1.34亿元。
获买家连环购入之3个单位,包括第2座5楼B单位,属四房双套连私人电梯大堂间隔,实用面积1,870平方呎,成交价为7,703.7万元,呎价逾41,196元。另外两个单位分别为第6座21楼C单位,实用面积903平方呎,属三房一套连储物房间隔,以2,817.36万元成交,呎价31,200元,以及第6座15楼A单位,实用面积948平方呎,属三房一套连工作间间隔,则以2,948.28万元成交,呎价31,100元。
另外,项目昨日亦录得3个两房连储物房单位成交,其中一个单位为第5座32楼B单位,实用面积为564平方呎,单位成交价为1,804.8万元,呎价32,000元。而第3A座36楼A单位,实用面积为577平方呎,单位成交价为1,511.74万元,呎价26,200元,以及第5座6楼B单位,实用面积为567平方呎,单位成交价为1,233.82万元,呎价逾21,760元。
