Shares of Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) fell Tuesday trade after it said in a late Monday filing that its Australian investment portfolio was independently revalued as of June 30, reflecting a modest increase of AU$3.5 million, or 0.2% from the December 2024 valuation, to a total value of AU$2.02 billion.
The company's shares fell around 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
The weighted average capitalisation rate for the Australian investment portfolio rose to 7.07% from 6.98% in the first half of the year.
